ABOUT
Meet Dream House Tattoo
Welcome to Dream House Tattoo, a cozy and colorful studio nestled on Chouteau Avenue in St. Louis. We're not your typical tattoo shop, think less tough-guy parlor, more dreamy clubhouse for creative expression.
Dream House opened its doors in June 2025, the culmination of a longtime vision by tattooer and artist Angie Meuth. Dream House was built with comfort, creativity, and inclusivity at its heart. With over 15 years of tattooing experience (and 12 right here in St. Louis), Angie dreamed of a space where clients could feel truly at ease, like visiting a friend's house, but one with a lot more glitter, dollhouses, and permanent body art.
Our studio specializes in illustrative tattoos with bold lines and bright colors, drawing inspiration from vintage children’s books, mid-century modern design, 80s–90s nostalgia, sci-fi, Halloween, and everything in between. Each tattoo we do is tailored to your vision, whether you're bringing us a crystal-clear idea or just a spark of inspiration.
We’re a small, artist-run studio focused on high-quality work, positive vibes, and friendly professionalism. We believe tattoos should be a joyful and collaborative experience. Our artists are here to help you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely excited about your piece.
Whether you’re a seasoned collector or getting your very first tattoo, we’re so glad you found us. Let’s make something magical together.

THE TEAM
Angie Meuth
Owner & Tattoo Artist
With 15 years of tattooing under her belt, Angie is the founder of Dream House Tattoo and your guide to bold, custom, illustrative work. Her style blends vintage children's books, mid-century charm, Halloween, sci-fi, and 80s–90s pop culture into tattoos that feel both playful and timeless. She’s also a big Star Trek nerd, a lover of all things tiny (hello, dollhouses!), and dog mom to Wavis and Dr. Dude.
Roach Michael
Tattoo Artist
Roach is our resident junior artist, fresh off their apprenticeship and already turning heads with bold lines, bright colors, and pure Gen Z energy. They’re all about vintage ephemera, 70s psychedelic art, 90s/00s nostalgia, and sticker-book vibes. Every tattoo they make is a punch of color and personality.
Dorothy
Counter Wizard
Dorothy is the warm welcome when you walk through the door, the calming voice on the phone, and the glue that keeps our shop running smoothly. Dorothy is the first friendly face you’ll see walking in, always ready with a smile and a perfectly coordinated outfit.
When she’s not keeping the shop running smoothly, she’s crafting her fantastically weird and wonderful clay-faced teddy bears (seriously, go check out @jinkxed_craft) or lovingly collecting cool bugs. Equal parts whimsical, spooky, and sweet, she brings pure magic to Dream House.
